When Jewish meets Thai…

Jewish weddings are filled with excitement and joy. I love when people shout “Mazel Tov” right after the groom breaking the glass, and the Hora (chair dance) is my favorite among all. And Thai weddings are colorful and exotic. Now imagine a wedding with Jewish excitement and Thai awesomeness! To make things even better, make the ceremony outdoor. :) That was Rebecca and Jitti’s wedding! It was utopian.

Unlike other blog posts, I have lots of thanks to make for this wedding. First of all, I want to thank Rebecca and Jitti for choosing me to photograph their wedding. Rebecca is a graphic designer with super high-standards so I’m really honored. Also I want to thank Don for helping me out with photography all day long. I owe you a drink at the gym. :) And thanks Kiati for all the help both before and during the wedding. And most importantly, I want to thank Phil and Jenni at Ceresville Mansion. I have worked with lots of wedding venues so far but Phil and Jenni at Ceresville Mansion were more helpful than I could ever expect from anyone…

Here comes the bride.

First look.

Can you see the reflection of the harpist?

Julie and Calvin: Wedding, Sneak Peek

Just a quick sneak peek from the wedding last Sunday.

Julie looks like a cover model on a bridal magazine…

Julie - Oh my gosh Heejjin. These are so beautiful! I can’t wait to see the rest!!!

Natalie and Ian: Wedding, Sneak peek

I’m crazy busy this month and the next with lots of weddings and engagement sessions. That’s why my blog hasn’t been updated for a while… Unfortunately, (actually fortunately!) I’m still in the middle of craziness but decided to upload a few photos from the last weekend’s wedding.

The chapel was half-open, half-closed. So romantic!

Impressive details from the wedding. 1940’s Chevy and table setting at the reception.

These are my favorites. She was an awesome dancer!

elegant dance floor.
